Lorenzo Foort (1998) is a Dutch DJ and producer carving out his path in techno and tech house, inspired by his father Stanford, and legendary uncle Lucien Foort.
Known for his deep and magnetic tech driven sets, Lorenzo merges the pulsating energy of festivals and clubs, with a unique “Foortfactor” style.
By day, he navigates the structured world of accounting, while by night, he dives into the world of house, tech-house and techno, crafting sounds that captivate underground audiences. Lorenzo’s journey reflects both family legacy and fresh innovation in electronic music.
Lorenzo started djing at the age of 12(!) when his father taught him the ins & outs of mixing. At 14 he landed his first gig in a Rotterdam club. Since then, he has played festivals and events such as Stereo Outdoor, WantijPop (Geheime Deuntjes Stage), Grotesque, and BLSSD.
After fiddling around in his dads studio, he bought some equipment for himself, leading up to his first release Drive (with Fortizani).
To further refine his technical production skills, he started following a course at the Music Producer Academy.
All this makes it clear that Lorenzo Foort’s future is looking bright.
